WinXP Sp3 couldn't detect certain IDE Hard disk

Hi sifuS there,

am using a desktop with WinXp SP3 happily without problem, but some days before this thread, after i restart my computer, it went up with no IDE hard disk drive detected.
FYI,
1) the bios detected the IDE hard disk, but in slave mode, it was like this since 1st day of my pc usage. Couldn't found any jumper to set it into master mode.
2) after i installed another winxp SP3 on my another hard drive to try, it detects the hard disk(even during installation) with no problems at all with my old data remain untouched.
3) couldn't find the setting of IDE/ACPI/SATA thing, but feel thats unimportant to this
spec:

Acbel 470w psu
M2N-e
9600gt
2x2gb kingston 800mhz rams
1x st 160g sata drive
1x hitachi 160g sata drive
1x LG optical sata drive
1x ST 60g IDE drive <---

thats why i'm thinking is this a problem of my current Xp setting, what should i do?
have tried IDE, ATA drivers reinstalled
changed IDE cable, power cable

thx for any advices in advance ^^

[attachmentid=1425102][attachmentid=1425103]
