WTA VPS server

Not sure if im in the right place to ask ,
So I hosted a mmorpg private server .
And rent a VPS server to host it but the problem is players from China will face high ping issues , and is the same if I connect to their server , I will face high latency as well.
Tried to change server to Singapore , no luck .
Any solution to it? Will changing my server location help?

AMD Radeon Driver issue

So i recently let my friend downgrade my old laptop Acer Aspire E1-572G from Win 8.1 to Win 7
This laptop comes with AMD Radeon HD 8750m
After downgrade i notice its using integrated intel graphics so i check my device manager then it shows this (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) ) at my AMD display card.

So I've tried to reinstall driver from Acer website but no luck, keep getting error. So i tried AMD website, which they have the auto detect thing, so i installed it and installed the driver, Successful installed but its still the same, its like it didn't install anything. No AMD control panel or whatsoever. I've tried many ways like uninstall from device manager and reinstall but still no luck, today is the 2nd day and i think i should ask for help from all the Sifus here.

I completed Witcher, Far Cry series. Assassins creed, FF15. Red dead redemption keeps crashing so I refunded.
Currently playing Cities Skylines.

Really need some good game to kill time.

So guys...just bought this PC on April which gave me so much headeache, ssd problems, did the warranty then always bsod, kinda fixed it now this.

Is it normal for my cpu temp to be that high? i didnt even run any games and i get this temp. But when i bought this pc the seller told me even 1 exhaust fan is enough.

Now i have 2 intake and 1 exhaust fan. Help me guys, my old pc using for 7 years no problem at all, this new pc giving me nightmare always. Should i get a cooler?

Display Port problem

Guys so i just got my new pc and monitor
PC : Ryzen 5 2600 Gtx1660ti
Monitor : LG 29"WK600 UltraWide

So my problem is like that when i set to HDMI port everything is ok.
However if i switch to Display Port, the apps icon at screen gone, the taskbar below is still there, i can even click the app from taskbar and the START button BUT nothing comes up if i click any apps or try to open any windows like task manager and so on, nothing will pop up.
I googled but unable to get any answer.

Really need help.

Hi currently having difficulty in breathing for a month , went to a few clinic at my hometown , got improvement but not healed
My condition is having short of breath and chest tightness , not so serious but it’s there .

Need advice on which doctor / specialist to find
I googled Gleaneagles got 2 doctor (respiratory medicine ) , thinking of choosing either 1 or if any of you can recommend me a good doctor and what’s their charges. Thanks you .

Hi I’m newbie on this , I googled but can’t find proper answer .
What’s the difference intel i5 3rd gen and 8th gen ? Is it a lot of difference ?
I’m about to get a used i5-4570 6mb 3.6ghz
Can it support the gtx 1060 6gb fully? Won’t bottleneck right ? I use this pc for gaming
Do you recommend me to get the latest generation ?
I’m on a tight budget now so if can save up and not much difference then I will get the older one .
I’m not the one who build it but just wana get more opinion before I buy .
Sorry I even watch the YouTube but too complicated for me to understand .
