MRTA or loan problem

Hi fellow LYNs,
really need your advise or any expert here who's experienced something like this which i'm about to tell you.

Ok here's the situation ,
I bought a property (SOHO) at Ara damansara.... (still in construction phase)
i applied for loan and loan approved already with all the MRTA fees included...
I signed the offer letter already and ok i thought it's done and settled from my end...

AFter about 4 months, i received a letter from the developer saying i havent' pay anything or the bank hasn't dispersed payment to the developer on the stages of development... and they now fine me..
to my surprise, i quickly check with the bank that gave me the loan (Which is Alliance Bank) and they say true enough, haven't release the payment yet to the developer.
so i called the agent who handled my loan, and she say got problem with MRTA, . the MRTA was calculated short of the amount i should pay.
BUT wat the heck, ? I have signed the offer letter, and agreed to the terms .... so now you say you all wrongly calculated...shouldn't that be your (Alliance Bank) fault already?
Upon recalculation they say i need to pay about RM3k .....

Bros and sis ...any help ? any advise on this ? Got such thing wan ar? Any one who's from the banking field or loan dept who can offer their kind opinion on this? Thanks

Hi fellow Lyn-ians...

anyone has any information regarding the company as mentioned above?
Is it any good and maybe those with experience working inside care to share some thoughts ?

DNS server

Hi guys ...tech experts...

help!

i just configured a dns server on windows server 2003 .
When i tried to do an ipconfig /all from client machine,
all the clients can see is the dhcp server , ip addresss... but not the DNS server !
help!

They just cant seem to get the dns server address

As the topic says, anyone worked in SCA Hygiene before? What are the benefits like?

I believe the chances to progress is there..but benefit wise, quite vague... is it true?
