Pc no display & can't boot

Hi guys. Need help.

My pc is on my signature below. AMD rig. It's an old rig, hadn't follow any pc news after building this rig.

AMD FX8320 @ 4.6Ghz
MSI 990fxa-gd65
2 x 4GB Kingston HyperX Fury DDR3 1600mhz
Gainward reference GTX 970
SuperFlower Leadex Gold 650watt

Last few days, I turned on the pc and use it like normal, turned it off leaving the power socket on and went on doing my things. Turned it on again at night, pc can't boot, no display, keyboard lighting didn't come on, but all fans including gpu fans are working, mobo lightings working, PSU connector lights also working.

Tried diagnosing myself after Google around,
Unplugging all sata cable
Changing my gpu to an older Radeon hd6850 (not sure it still works, fan not running when I turned on, maybe it's not hot enough to trigger the fan?)
Unplug ram and test 1 by 1
Reset cmos, unplug mobo battery and reseat pin.

All these steps that I did don't seem to work. Stil no display n can't boot.

BTW, I've just recently added a 2tb HDD. But I don't think that's the problem. I do hear very minor fan knocking sound after installing this HDD. I thought it's from my case fan.

Any pros here can guide me. Really appreciate it. My very last resort is to get a new AMD CPU, mobo n ram.

teenage biker boy came into store and steal some below rm10 item and got caught red handed by cashiers.

what is the best solution to penalize these kinda kiddo other than making a police report?

hi sifus here..

planning to upgrade my old 6850cfx to either gtx 770 or r9 280. concern now is my psu gigabyte pro odin 550watt can power up this gpu or not together with other components. I've checked the power requirement for these two gpu. if not mistaken, 770 requires min. 550watt and r9 280 requires min. 500watt psu. Processor currently using phenom B55 OCed to 3.8ghz. and i believe it will consume lots of power here. Future might change to fx8350 and OC it if my psu power permits to do so.

i just wanna save some money on psu. so asking which will be the best bet for gpu that meets my psu power and can run 1080 reso for few more years to come.

dual monitor, one landscape one portrait

hi sifus.. i'm not sure this is the right place to ask this..

just wanna know is it possible to have one screen in landscape mode and the other at portrait mode?

cos i got 2 screen. i feel that its nice to put it portrait for my U2311h for reading forums or other online articles.. no need to scroll so much.. the other 19" monitor thinking of putting it landscape for some movies and games.

possible to do so??

should i change my mobo & ram now?? my rig spec is at the sig below.

since the ram price is so cheap now, around rm70-80 for 2gb ram

and according to here, price of mobo will hike soon..

but my question now is, will i gain more frame rates in gaming if i only change my mobo to asus M4A88T-V Evo/USB3?? and 4gb value ram from kingston or corsair??
gc and others remain the same.. ati 4770, 640gb hdd, 550watt psu..

my 3yr old mobo spec.

NVIDIA nForce 570 Ultra
Socket AM2
RAM Max Size 8 GB

according to asus site, some forumer said it have some problems with newer graphic cards.. ati 5series & nvidia 4series...

guys...
i jus bought a gigabyte odin pro 550watt psu.. after installing it.. i check using CPUID hw monitor, the +12v and +5v is quite low la.. even lower then my cap ayam psu.. y like tat ah??
i thought this psu should produce more then 12v++ and 5v++ it is 80% efficiency psu wor..
i totally cant understand la..

hi guys... noob here.. need
i have hard times choosing my desired graphic card and PSU la.. i have limited budget, around rm900-1000.. for the money, i plan to buy PSU, GPU, mouse mat and sound card.. hehe.. maybe it is too much for just rm900-1000..

dont know which PSU to choose from, budget around rm 250:
prefer 500watt real power and >80% efficiency when full load..
-fsp blue storm II 500 watt (totally sleeved).. <---- i personally like this psu, but i wanna listen what you guys say about it.. any comments??
-silverstone strider st50f 500 watt (not sleeved) ..
-huntkey greenstar 550 watt
-any other suggestions from sifus here??

i'm not a hardcore gamer, most of the time only play sports and racing games.. but sometimes oso play some fps games.. just wondering, is the GPU too powerful for my needs??
i plan to overclock my gpu and proc, but heard that my mobo cant overclock too much.. so, a 500watt PSU enough for me???
i wanna buy a sound card cos my lousy onboard sound sucks.. it sometimes produce Piak!! piAk!! sound when turn it too loud.. re-install the driver oso the same..

last question..
if i lay my hands on 4830, will it bottleneck with my proc??? rig spec is at my siggy...
