PS4 failed to update to version 3.5

hi sifu sifu/senpai senpai/sensei sensei kalian,

i have a problem with my PS4 recent update. Below is the problem description.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

After the new version 3.5 firmware release for PS4, i downloaded it via my PS4. Then when it install until halfway, it stuck and turned off my PS4. When i turned on my PS4 again, it was in the installation page. When the bar runs to 11%, the installation stuck and displayed error code SU-30676-2 and then it restarted. For the 2nd time it restart, it was still back into the installation page. Again, same thing happened and it restarted for 3rd time. And same thing it back to installation page and stuck at 11% then it auto turned off.

I went into safe mode, selected option 7 - [ Initialisation (reinstall update) ]. I reinstalled version 3.15 and run the update again using USB drive. but it still failed me. I had tried to initialise for 5 times, tried to update from safe more and XMB page, and it still failed.

Anyone had faced this scenario before???
