Medical checkup before sign appointment letter?

Hi,

Is that normal to have medical check up 1st before sign offer letter? I thought normally is another way round?
Lets say someone already perform the medical checkup then when comes to sign offer letter, he found out something not part of his objective then decided to turn down the offer? Who are responsible to the medical check up fees? Not the employee right since have not signed any agreement yet!!!

If you have experiences in programming around 1 yr ++, but you wanna try an interview for database administrator, if the interviewer ask why you choose to apply this field since you are the programmer for 1 year plus ady? How should you answer? How to show them that you really very interested on this position?

Interview Sharing regarding programmer

Hi all,

I have been called by an recruiter to attend an interview from a MNC company. She said that this company possibility will hire me due to my result and graduated from a reputed university and having around 9 months exp in another MNC company(my first company) even i already got a lower offer from a local company she ask me to try maybe can get a better salary offered by them. (how desperate she persuaded me to go for the interview).
So, my heart a bit shake then agree to attend the interview.

During the interview, it just not more than 15 minutes and ask me to introduce about myself and my progress during my current company. Then my turn to ask some questions. After that, they said will have an internal discussion with the job agent and ask me wait next week to get the result. I felt weird there is not even a technical test or ask me any technical question too. I think the both interviewers is HR. May i know am i qualified or being disqualified already? so funny....

Anyone heard this company before?

Hi eveyone,

I need any advice from you all.
Currently, i resigned already and i am looking for a job, then i get job offer from a small company which offer me the salary which is lower RM 200 than my current one. Do i need to accept it or keep on apply another job? I already agree to accept it but just waiting for them to sign offer letter.

I am a programmer grad from last year , in my current company i only work for 8 month so consider still fresh, so do i need to accept a small company which i don't know whether it is good or not or i reject to sign and go wait for new offer which did not confirm you will get a job.

The new small company said i will be straight to be permanent which mean no probation period, thier reason is because i am already got some experience, and notice period will be 3 month.

Please advice..... thanks..
