New Rig Recommendation people! Budget : RM4000 CPU

Hi Everyone!

I need some recommendations for my new RIG for work. I currently need a Desktop to run Adobe softwares mainly Photoshop CS3 and Illustrator CS3 some flash... and Dreamweaver! My budget for the CPU only is RM4000!

Im unsure whether to go for a DualC processor or QuadC please advice... along with what motherboard there is in the market that would best suit my Specs... Im also abit confused about the twinx RAM all this marketing and branding gimmicks... heck i just need a set of good RAMS!
