Car paint is damaged when I rub the touch up paint

Hi guys, I need some help and guidance.

I was meant to apply touch up paint to some spots on my car just now, but I accidentally applied too much, hence I used a cloth to rub it away, THEN i begin to realize that the area that I just rubbed is fading and become blurry (like the pic below).

My car is just one year old, please help and tell me how I can restore it??

Recently I went for an interview on the first round, the interviewer was very young and poor english, he's even the guy who passes me the offer letter, and when I asked about the company benefits, he explained till I ..

Anyhow, I joined the company since it's MNC. Out of curiosity, do you guys look down on HR personnel like that?

Problem details
First occurence of problem: No
Problem frequency: I'm not sure about this, but sometimes I AFK and come back, already unable to access webpage.
Problem description:
I'm using a Modem+Router = Belkin F5d7634.

I'm able to connect most of the time, but sometimes just after I leave the computer ON, while I go out or whatever (a.k.a AFK = Away From Keyboard), when I'm back, I found that although I'm connected to the router (with full strength signal), but I'm not able to access webpage (like google.com).

Whenever this happen, I need to disconnect my wireless connection from my laptop and reconnect. Then only I able to surf the net again.

*Please take note that all lights on the wireless router is stable (ADSL, Wireless, etc).

I have been working 1 year as a Payroll Helpdesk and earning 2,400 per month (inclusive incentive & allowance).

Now, I stopped my work already, and trying to search for a HR position with 2.5k salary.

I have never actually deal with HR matters, as I will be only escalating cases to upper level to handle.

Expecting 2.5k, do you guys think it's a problem? If yes, what salary should I be expecting?

Btw, I'm a diploma holder in business admin, 3.37/4
