PC Stucked on Post Screen

I've no idea what happen, few days ago my pc's hang while loading, then I restarted, problem is then occurred, the bios there showed Memory Interleaved mode o_O. I dont know what is it, then I went reset bios, it won't work neither, until today I bought a new pairs of ram, installed and it still stucked there also, I can't even get into bios settings o_o..Just kept stucking on post screen Any solutions?? Mobo dead??
Ohh and btw..

I am currently a new student of college, wanted to get a macbookpro...but looking on my parents' wallet, I m not sure whether to get a Macbookpro or just a cheap laptop with same specs, then flash in Hackintosh -.-

Actually My college is under Apple's Education store which is cheaper... I have no idea how =/

I wanna know what happen and how to solve my pc.
I just change the casing.
Every wire is plugged well.
I push the power button, everything goes on and not over 2 seconds the computer off already, cannot turn on anymore. After close the psu a while then I power up again, same thing occurred...Any ideas?
