TMNet throttle AND Cap Bandwidth?

Hey guys,

I can download at normal speed by using VPN (60~90kb/s with 1M package), left my computer on for downloading while I sleep.

To my surprise, the download speed drops drastically after a certain period of time. I tried to restart my VPN service and restart UTorrent but the download speed is still stuck at 0.5kB/s ~ 1.0kB/s.

Then, I tried to restart my modem and obtain a new IP, and the speed is back to normal. Does TmNet cap our bandwidth based on the assigned IP?

This happened to me for about 2-3 days. Anyone else experiencing this? Can't leave my pc to download by itself this way

Hi I have been playing piano for several years and currently grade 5
I noticed that my fingers are too stiff (I'm 20 btw ) and have a hard time playing running notes
In fact, my fingers are quite "hard" when playing any songs, like my fingers are forced to press the keys until can see some of my veins
Because of that people comment that I always play without emotion and its very "flat"
Is there anything that I can do to smoothen or to make my finger play "softer" besides doing scales?
