safe mode error

recently i tried to run my windows on safe mode to scan up for virus cause my ym started to send out all these links.even after scanning and delete all the virus, my ym still acting the same way.

so i tried running on safe mode..f8..safe mode..enter..while loading the screen turn blue and reboot again..kept on rebooting everytime i tried to start in safe mode..then i decided to start windows normally..then it loads properly.so i tried to using the run and msconfig thing.and change the boot to safemode(which i think was a big mistake) then it restarted..then the same problem occurs..

the problem is now..everytime i select the start windows normally...the same simptom as the running the safe mode happened.

could it be me changing the msconfig thing..the boot thingy..and check the safemode thing..making my pc trying to run in safemode eventho i choose the to start the windows normally?

any help would be much appreciated =(

cannot boot up

just bought a new system and install them.installed all the hardware and ready for the first boot up.plug the psu n switch in on.but it wont start up.but the onboard mobo led do light up..the power led on chasis somehow is light up..but the psu fan is not turning and all the fans i connect to the psu also not functioning.

so quite blur what is wrong.help plox =)

st50f or st56f is enuf for my rig

which one shud i get for my upcoming rig?

EP35-DS3
hd3870
2 x 2gb ram
500gb hdd
dvdrom

st50f shud be enuf to run it right?im not doing any oc.the only thing i would change/add in the future prolly juz gonna add more hdd.not that serious bout gaming,so most likely gonna stick to 3870 for few years to come.
