I am fresh grad, I currently working at the company that which is my boss always pay the salary late. Beside, I did the particular company I work do not have a proper system to control the company such as HR department. I has been working at there 1month. Not only that the company does not provide a training for me and i need to dig all of the thing by my own self. I did not see my future in the particular company.

now i got another job opportunity from others mnc company. The particular company HR call me to go for the interview. So during the interview should i tell them i currently working and give them the reason why i leaving the company>???

Those brother/sister who work at HR department, please help me.... give me opinion i am fresh grad, i did not expose to the real world working environment.
