            <title>[WTA] How many loans at one time...</title>

            <description>Hello everyone, I have a question not sure whether to ask here or in &amp;quot;Finance Investment House&amp;quot; forum...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have bought one unit house but loan not yet service as the house not yet complete...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let&amp;#39;s say I would like to further buy 2 or 3 properties, or maybe even more, will the bank approve my loan?             <title>Air Asia or any flight hand carry luggage</title>

            <title>MLTA issue</title>

            <description>Greetings guys, &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To cut things short, &lt;br /&gt;I purchased my first property one unit condo for which the bank loan has been approved (89%). I&amp;#39;ve paid up the remaining 11% and will only start repaying my loan once my unit ready, which is around year 2017.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My question is,&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve bought insurance which is a combo of MLTA and life insurance.&lt;br /&gt;Should I buy the MLTA so early? For which I only need to repay my loan in 2017??&lt;br /&gt;Why should I pay so much premium from now till 2017??&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Would like to hear your opinion/advice. First timer here. Thanks</description>

            <title>addicted to exercise</title>

            <description>Hello everyone....I&amp;#39;m currrently a 22 year-old university student....if u read today&amp;#39;s The Star newspaper....u might come across the article about exercise addiction...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;as for me....I think i can be categorised as  an exercise addict...as i fitted in most of the criteria mentioned in the article...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I exercised almost everyday without fail.....usually my sessions lasted 3 or 4 hours ....I swim, work-out, badminton and played footie and run long distances...i exercised when i&amp;#39;m injured or sick...and just like the article mentioned...i&amp;#39;ll get depressed if i do not exercise for just one day...as for now...i&amp;#39;m nursing a bruised knee but i still cant stop myself from swimming 2 hours today.....as a result....i&amp;#39;ll get tired easily and i do not have time to focus on my studies....my legs feel heavy most of the time and i always feel that my performace is getting worst by day....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;the problem is tat my exercise goal is to have a ripped body....and i&amp;#39;ve not achieved tat even though I&amp;#39;ve said tat i was training very very hard....i&amp;#39;m not sure if the problem is how i view my own body....becoz i will never ever satisfied with my outlook since i started getting very active 3 years ago....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ll be grateful if fellow forumers could give me some advice and suggestions....thanks&amp;#33; have a nice day &lt;!--emo&amp;:nod:--&gt;&lt;img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/nod.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nod.gif' /&gt;&lt;!--endemo--&gt; &lt;br /&gt;</description>
