[WTA] How many loans at one time...

Hello everyone, I have a question not sure whether to ask here or in "Finance Investment House" forum...

I have bought one unit house but loan not yet service as the house not yet complete...

Let's say I would like to further buy 2 or 3 properties, or maybe even more, will the bank approve my loan? TO make it simple, how many loans can one have at one time? and usually the bank will award loan based on what criteria?

My CC everything clean, with some FD, and not servicing any loan (yet...) for the loan for the yet to complete house i mentioned above..

hello friends,

Wanna ask can I bring a camera tripod up a plane?
When folded it's about half a meter long...look like weapon though...

Worry they might not let me in...and I didn't purchase any check-luggage (AirAsia), plan to put in my hand carry bag...

Pls advise ya if anyone here has experience!

MLTA issue

Greetings guys,

To cut things short,
I purchased my first property one unit condo for which the bank loan has been approved (89%). I've paid up the remaining 11% and will only start repaying my loan once my unit ready, which is around year 2017.

My question is,
I've bought insurance which is a combo of MLTA and life insurance.
Should I buy the MLTA so early? For which I only need to repay my loan in 2017??
Why should I pay so much premium from now till 2017??

Would like to hear your opinion/advice. First timer here. Thanks

hello everyone, i'm thinking of getting an ipod touch 32gb as a gift...

just want to ask what's the difference between buying one from authorized apple store and regular shops that are selling handphones??? I do know that those shops offer lower prices compared to apple stores....but how about the warranty and other stuffs? i'm worried i might bought a fake item if it's not from apple store as i'm not so well versed in apple stuffs..

Hello everyone....I'm currrently a 22 year-old university student....if u read today's The Star newspaper....u might come across the article about exercise addiction...

as for me....I think i can be categorised as an exercise addict...as i fitted in most of the criteria mentioned in the article...

I exercised almost everyday without fail.....usually my sessions lasted 3 or 4 hours ....I swim, work-out, badminton and played footie and run long distances...i exercised when i'm injured or sick...and just like the article mentioned...i'll get depressed if i do not exercise for just one day...as for now...i'm nursing a bruised knee but i still cant stop myself from swimming 2 hours today.....as a result....i'll get tired easily and i do not have time to focus on my studies....my legs feel heavy most of the time and i always feel that my performace is getting worst by day....

the problem is tat my exercise goal is to have a ripped body....and i've not achieved tat even though I've said tat i was training very very hard....i'm not sure if the problem is how i view my own body....becoz i will never ever satisfied with my outlook since i started getting very active 3 years ago....

I'll be grateful if fellow forumers could give me some advice and suggestions....thanks! have a nice day

hi, i wan to ask all utp seniors out there..
i'm a stpm leaver but i'm a biology student
i phoned and ask can i apply for engineering but they say cannot coz u need physics.....
so can i really apply? coz i dun really trust the ppl over the phone coz maybe he is just a front desk clerk
if i can't apply for petroleum eng then where can i go? from wat i heard this past 2 years UTM din take in any chinese students..u can check the quansheng website..some of u might noe....i'm sure there r some bio students in UTP coz UPU also allow bio students to apply for engineering course

i saw an article in the star bout local U ratings.....can i noe wat is the difference betw all these Unis. from wat i read, UMS and UNImas are broadbased unis, any idea wat r these?
sorry for askin coz maybe some of u may think i lack general knowledge
other private U like UTP and UNIten belongs to which category?
