Item Loss in Breakin consider Not in Custody/Care

Dear All..

Need help any one...is losing thing in hand bag during house breakin not consider in custody/care and control?

House was breakin during the time (between 0100 hrs - 0400hrs). Wife and Children was sleeping.Lucky no One was hurt.Only loss thing. Police Report was made.

Now Insurance do not want to pay of the claim.

Fees in Primary Chinese School

Perh just wanna know why every month got to pay lots of this fees ..that fees in chinese school?...when ask for the resit...don't have ler...

Imagine got to pay RM10/mnthly for computer class...RM10 X 30 Student X 4 class X 6 (std 1 - 6)...perhhh..RM7200mnth X 10mnth...72K/yr...

Pay class tabung another RM10/mnth..another RM72K...

So average 1 child ..RM30/mnth...i got 4 kids..so RM120/mnth X 10mnt..RM1200/year...

Imagine total student in 1 school...and NO RECEIPT!!!

Is all school like this?

Can we also claim Tax deduction?

Contractor Building House Agreement Not signed

Dear Sifu,

Need help here...

a) Build house on a lot land...
b) Engage a Contractor to build house. all in included grille and gate.Quotation given.But not sign off by both party till today.
c) Building Agreement Contractor between client and contractor not being sign off (Contractor didn't sign )Keep asking the contract but till today
d) Contractor start to build house...Client pays payment deposit and progress payment. But all payment still no receipt.House 90% build but house got lots of defective here n there on the house.

Question:

a) Can the Client not pay for the balance payment due to major defective ( wall not straight/Window not center/door frame not align/Car porch pillar not align etc?
b) Can the contractor bring client to court to make claim? (Quotation and agreement of house build not being signed by client and maybe contractor himself).

Please advice me

Energy Saving Bulb

Dear Sifu...Have anyone make any comparision Energy Saving Bulb between the ampe betwwen Phillip - Osram - So call Illuminious....using same type watt and type....heard someone said even using the same watt but the amp is much different betwwen 5 - 10%.... ..

From there we know which is best.
a) Amp using
b)Plus if possible the price n location
c)Color Daylight / Warm / Warm White

Anybody can help out...
