TMC Life the group that operates the Thomson Hospitals has announced the suspension of employment of its Group Chief Executive Officer Puan Wan Nadiah Binti Wan Mohd Abdullah Yaakob with immediate effect.

The group’s board the suspension will also result in the powers, authorities and functions vested in her as the GCEO and CEO to be suspended with effect from 29 January 2024 until further announcement.

Nadiah Wan, aged 34, was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd and Group Chief Corporate Officer of TMC Life Sciences Berhad on 19 June 2017.

Prior to joining Thomson Hospitals Sdn Bhd and the Company, Ms. Nadiah Wan worked in Sunway Medical Centre as Chief Operating Officer (Clinical Services) after being promoted from Director of Business

However, the suspension will not effect the operations it said and will continue business as usual while during the period one of the Directors, Dr. Heng Jun Li Melvin, will be appointed as the Acting GCEO, who will temporarily assume the duties and functions of GCEO.

Have a short job for anyone whom is keen to take this on

Header and footer page for:
•Term of Service (already done - just not uploaded)
•Privacy Policy (already done - just not uploaded)
•Site Map (done - just not uploaded. maybe needs some fine tuning )

Social media sharing
• Multiple social display
• Social counter enable/disable function
• Mobile display friendly

The service provider that was asked to do it , did not and kinda fed up of reminding them

Also need someone to basically do a simple layout for one for the pages that they totally neglected.

Can do it myself, but since management says its part of my job to do it (and its not part of my JD BTW), so might as well outsource...

Hi am looking to purchase a 1.5HP air con to replace my old one ( about 10 years old). Air con repairman said no point in repairing any longer, not efficient.
It has been repaired several times over the past 3 years.

Any recommendations on brands or must have features other than an inverter?
Been out of this for so long and really have no idea what are the good and reliable brands out there now, or what is commonly accepted as must have features.

Budget 2K ( incl installation ) - is that possible?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has experience owning these machines, especially those made in China.They cost a fraction of the US and EU made ones ( 1.5- 2K vs 6 to 8K).

Life span is not long, so if it does the job...
Have read that some do not provide accurate reporting - not sure if that is correct.

From the little that I have read, BMC seems to be a one of the leading Chinese brands ( Airsense , Yuwell are others ) , but have read reviews that the reports are not accurate vs the US /EU brands (Respironics, ResMed, Fisher & Paykel, Philips, DeVilbiss).

Seen some reviews on Lazada and Shopee but you know ...

Hi - no sure where else I could post this so....my apologies moderator if I have placed this in the wrong area.

Switched machine on - no water. have cleaned the needle checked the machine. Can hear the pump, but no water is coming out. Look at all the videos on YouTube etc but nothing seems to work.
To my recollection, it should not take more than 2 mins or so for water to flow- its more than five now...
Descaling mode is on, but nothing is flowing.

Seeking advise or maybe someone knows where it can be repaired, thanks

TV has gone bust. Looking for a replacement. Seeking recommendations from the Sifus out there
3.5K max, 50 or 55"

Panasonic seems to have a lot of features, but am not sure of longevity and quality.

Sony looks nice, but some have said screen /panel is not good.

Was looking at Samsung 8000 & 8500 series. Seems nice, but would like to know what are the options for that level.

Unble to view videos on android browser

Hi,

Seeking help for this problem. No idea why I suddenly am unable to watch any streaming videos in an android browser when I try to access a site like Dramacool or Kissanime. No issue playing YouTube or other embedded videos.
Looked at this solution, but nothing seems to work.

Everything was working fine until yesterday evening. Thought that this might be related to some Android update patch, but did not see anything online.

Only thing different was the installation of Plex. Have installed and reinstalled Plex but the problem remains

Any ideas why? The last resort is to rollback to factory settings...

Samsung A50 in call volume problem

Hi I have tried Googling this issue up but nothing seems to work ...so am seeking advise from Sifus, before I send it to Samsung ( yes its still under warranty)

Just noticed that I can't hear the person whom is speaking to me.
No problems hearing if the phone is paired with a Bluetooth Handsfree device or put on speaker.
Only can't hear when the phone is used as normal.

Have not installed any new apps, did not drop phone, or spilled any liquid on phone.
Checked call settings and it all checks out.

Any ideas?

Not sure this is the right section , but thought I would ask...

See so many offers on phones in Lazada + Shopee and they all say it's a Malaysia Ori set + local manufacturer warranty.

For example Honor View 20 :

Gtronics Communication -RM 1499
Satu Gadget - RM1699 ( but has more gifts)
Final Choice RM 1589

However, whether it is BNIB is another story altogether- so how to tell?
They all say the box is unsealed for warranty so ...
( and please don't say go and buy from flagship store if you want sealed - I already know that ...that's why I am asking for advise thanks )

That aside - FYI I am looking at for a Mate 20, Pro 20 out of budget
Unless there are other options( whether for Mate or Pro 20 ) at the 2K range
