job dilemma between aaf n european company

Hi there.
I actually offered a position in American air filter under oyl group. I was wondering is it a good place to start as a project engineer there.

In my hand I currently have a job in an European company as an assistant mechanical enginner where I will design plants for customers from biodiesel to oleochemical industry.

Currently American air filter offer everything better than the European company in terms of salary , bonus. Holiday leaves , loans for car n house .

Just thinking whether dust n filtering company will prosper in time to come compared to biodiesel n biofuel industry.

But my only concern for the European company is that there are 14 assistant enginners here where I think got a bit of challenge to promote la.

Hope some sifu here can advise.

WTA Blue Screen After Plugging Thumbdrive

Hi everyone,

I need helps from all the sifu's here.

Actually my girlfriend's laptop ran into trouble after she plug in a thumbdrive into her Asus laptop. After a while, she realise that the screen keep on freezing and then blue screen starts showing when starting the pc. It keep stating internal power error while is in the blue screen. Then, i tried to reformat it by using the recovery cd Asus gave me, it became slightly better but the blue screen still pop out while shutting down the pc.
In fact, my laptop was also affected as i borrow her my laptop to finish up her thesis.

So, is there any suggestion how to recover this problem ?

I am in distress mode now as this 2 weeks been unlucky with gadgets as my motherboard and graphic card was fried by the lightning.

Please kindly share your thoughts here in lending a helping hand =)
