Email problem

Hi,

This problems happened to me. I'm really don't know what is the problem. The picture below describe the problems that i'm having.
p/s: I'm using fixed ip.

Attention
I have 2 POP3 & SMTP mail.
A. domainAAA.com
B. domainBBB.com

Normally im using both account as active account to send email.

Between, if i'm using both account (mail.domainAAA.com & mail.domainBBB.com) OUTSIDE my building (network; others fixed ip/dynamic streamyx ip), both are working very well (SENDING & RECEIVING Emails).

I'm really dont know whats going on. If it was:
A. Virus infection :
Why, domainAAA.com can send and receive emails.

B. My IP Address has been banned by the server :
Why, when i'm using others email client such as Thunderbird, i can send and receive emails. Of course, when i'm using webbased email i can sent and receive emails.

C. Outlook (Express/Microsoft Outlook 2003) problem :
Why, the domainAAA.com can access to send and receive emails.

the seller told it was original set. is it?

on the batery charger, on the batery, beside simcard palace, it was a sticker said.. THORUS.

THORUS is an AP or Ori ar...?
