[WTA] wat to do if seller keep delaying ur item?

After weeks of calling and smsing, the seller finally said he sent the item on last Friday (1st February 2008). But until today, still nothing arrived and the worst part is the seller given a tracking code that do not exist.

I have already called in to 1300-300-300 to check, and it's even confirmed by the seller that the item does not exist and his "friend" is checking. Do you think the seller is lying?

What should you do in this situation? The seller has some sort of reputation, but this is getting too much. Been promised item being shipped since 18 of January 2008, but until today, only 1 of the 2 item arrived.

Wanted to buy something from me, but in the end he just disappear... very irresponsible buyer..
sent him few pms but no reply at all.

Let me wait 1 whole day.. wasting my time and effort when i could just sell it to other buyers.

ADDED ISSUE
Anyhow, I've added a new item for sale. The buyer, phantomzone again Pmed me stating tat he is interested. However, the item is then sold to other buyer, as I prefer and priority will be given to those COD as stated in my sale thread.

The buyer starts to defamation me using his signature.

This buyer is obviously trying to defamation me. He should be listed in the minor offense blacklist as he is neither honest nor good here.

Guys, I'm currently using Pentium D 830 and my idle temp is 50-55 on blue orb 2 and full load with 2 folding at around 70-75 celcius without air cond. This proc is turning my room into a warm oven.

Do you guys think it's worthy to change? How much difference do you think it'll make? I dont want to change heatsink for now as I think my blue orb 2 is sufficient enough for a normal user. So, I'm thinking of getting rid of the heat from the source
