Intalio BPM or equivalent type of BPM systems

Anyone knows BPM? How does it help in a corporate environment to simplify/identify their workflows? Does it integrate with the existing system with data able to be extracted and input or it's just a holistic view of the entire process flow of the company just like Visio Studio?

Googling is making me even more confused.

Just wondering if MySQL could be backup just by it's installaition and data folder? Assuming the database would be scheduled to stop, the backup agent copies the entire folder, then service starts back again.

should the database kaput, i restore back the entire folder would it work?

*yes i'm in a debate is it feasible not to have an agent or use a script to dump to a file.

Cyclone Free Car wash at BHP station Tmn Connought 2 - 20 April 2009.

They said free things are no good things; well it spelled truer after today's incident at this car wash. Took my car in and I was directed to the automated car washing machine. Hmm this is something new, I never took my car for an automated car wash as they are notorious for unable to clean the nooks and crevices of your car. No problem since it's free. Might as well just let it brush clean then I get home and touch up those hard to reach places.

Upon getting out of the machine, 2 attendants directed me to the vacuum section. Okay, since it's a norm to wash and vac. parked my car. Then to my horror, the entire car is like it's not been washed at all. Yes I know machine can't wash thoroughly but this is a super joke, the condition is just like only sprayed water on my car. All those fancy rotating thingy does nothing but to entertain you inside the car. Fine, it's free, I told to myself, while waiting patience for the vac to complete.

I found out every 1 min any attendant that passes by hard selling me to take their wax service which cost RM50. I said no to every one of them. I blew my top after the 6th one came to me and say the same thing to get their wax service since my entire car have dark tough stains can't be washed, I told him that it's just stains which was the result of not wiping properly, there's no need. He insists it's not. I immediately use my finger and wiped the stains off revealing a clean surface. He kept quiet and walked away talking Bangladesh language to his colleagues.

The horror continues, my interior was wiped with an unknown oily substance to make it shine, well okay if it's done properly but you know what? You can see all the sections was wiped 1/2 way. Now my dashboard, my door panel is half shine, half matt. What the heck....I keep telling to myself...it's free, don't complaint.

I was getting ready to leave the compound, one attendant demanded RM4. I thought it's free, I asked. He says vac is RM4. WTF!!?!?!?!? I felt bloddy rip off. On the board the normal price for car wash is RM5, it did not state at all anything on vac price. So does it mean the next time I want to wash car ONLY is RM1??? I paid up eventually.

As I was about to leave the station, something kicked in (maybe test. rush after vigorous gym session), I turned back in the station. Walked to the manager and shot him about the service, the workers. He insisted the price for vac is RM4. Then I shot him with the cleanliness of their service, he said it might be oil stains hard to wipe off, I got louder telling him 'Do you think its oil stains if I can just wipe it off cleanly without any effort?’ He instructed 2 of the immigrant to attend my car; I told them stay away and went off.

If the next time they start charging you wash and vac so total is RM9. Complimentary hard sale of their wax is included, not to mention, an unclean panel. I would rather recommend everyone go other place to wash. With RM5 your car is spick span clean reflection on the panels. Another additional RM2 get you a vac service.

Arms twitching during sleep.

I'm currently having this problem where by my arms would flick when i sleep, it awakens me several times at night. it's annoying. I notice that it happens more on my workout days whereby i do the arm routines.

It did not happen to me previously but only recently. Am i stressing my muscles too much or what.

guys got any idea how long dies the leeches biten spot would be gone? i did not use the correct tips of leech removal, i just flick it away or dig them out using my car keys. i read somewhere their mouth pod might be still attached to the skin if removed incorrectly and cause infection.

I got like 12 spots from yesterday hiking, it all went purple black today. some are small spot, some spot grew larger.

guys, i got sunburn like 1-2 days ago, and dead skins on my face are peeling off like dandruff. anything to quicken up the peeling?it's like darn hard to get rid entirely. used the face scrub still have the white bits and pieces when my face looks dry.

yo guys need opinion on this.

i'm currently working with this com for 2 years already, the salary let's just say it's way below market price. i wanted to leave but i would need to give 3 months notice, else i'll have to pay them back 3 months salary.

lately i got an offer higher than current price at another com but they need me ASAP in bout 1 month. so is it wise to forfeit current month salary, then minus my total 20+ days leave? it's tempting but then lately i got more responsibility on tasks and i'm the 1 man show, once i leave all projects would be halted and have to restart again by the new guy and would probably take another 1/2 year. would it give a bad impression towards the new employer?

how to count this?

let's say i wanna transfer 30gb of data through 100mbit/sec network. how long does it take? no need to think bout the speed fluctuation. let's say it's a perfect network.
