C2Q Q6700 at 4GHz setup

Aloha,

I would like to ask for some advice and help. I am planning to get a new rig that hopefully will run at 4GHz for daily use with air cooling only.

Few stuff that I have decided on :

Processor : C2Q Q6700
Motherboard : DFI Lanparty UT P35 T2R
Casing : Cooler Master CM690

Stuff that I am planning to get : (This is where I need help)

RAM : Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-8500 1066MHz 2GB Kit x 2
Cooler : Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro / Noctua NH-U12P
Thermal Compound : Artic Silver 5

Any other factors that I should be concerned with? Thanks for the help.

*I know there is possibility that it won't be achievable by mere air cooling, well, I am looking at the furthest I can push and go.
