How to cancel Letter of Offer from CIMB Home Flexi

I recently signed a letter of offer from CIMB for my home loan application of RM470,000. After signing the letter of offer i received another offer from other bank which offer me a better deal.

My question is how to reject the letter of offer from CIMB before i signed the other bank? I have not assigned my lawyer firm to CIMB back from loan agreement process and I am not planning to as well. Any penalty charge incurred? i have ask my S&P lawyer and they said it's ok to proceed with other bank even you have signed the letter of offer from cimb. Anyone has any experience?
