Handbrake not strong

My handbrake is not strong ...

Like im driving moderate speed, i pull my handbrake my car rear wheel only got SOOO less feeling. the tyre would not even spin. This is a technique to test rear brake by my fren.
I can say 95% the car did not slow down at all.

The thing is, i just changed my rear brake shoe less than 1 year.

WHat thing could it be wrong ? Issit have to change my brake shoe again or other thing ?

MS outlook 2007 ... looks like old version

Recently i've just installed latest version ms outlook 2007, and all should know their latest style which is very different from previous version.

the changes stylish is the top menu, the left handside round color thingie ... u guys note that ?

All my ms office have this new style, but only my ms outlook using old style version. It is ms outlook 2007 however.
How do i solve this issue? any setting problem ?

I use my outlook 07 in my company, and it has the new style

This is my 2nd time in life, im stucked like this.

Been working but due to change job and company cheated, i got myself suffer and in trouble.
Anyway, i got myself a proper job and still awaiting salary from them .... and im just getting 1 week salary as i start last week only

I got car , room, insurance, loan need settle urgently and my car need service too...
my petrol and my food also ....

Really lack of cash until each bank left <rm10 , and all my cash finish including my very minor syiling....

Dont include my family in as there is some prob within in, and they no longer will help me ...
As for frens, yes i have borrow quite some from my frens ... n its time to return them not to borrow again :'(
Cant borrow anymore, cos i oledi did pokai since 2 month ago, and borrow them a lot. Till this level, its really cannot borrow anymore.
Its like my last day alreadi since with all my property, i got only <rm10 cash left. I've almost many of my thing too ...

Its look like i have no choice anymore

Anyway else that i can look for some urgent money for survive ONE month ?
Issit possible tat got any URGENT personal loan by legal service ?
Issit possible can borrow from my EPF ?

pls note that im not asking to borrow money here .... just wish to see idea from u guys, and see if anyone of u face the same prob before ...

Check Each PC IP & Connection Using

Hi all ...

Assume im sharing connection with 4 ppl in my house, how do i check each of the pc ip address ?

And can i check each ip/pc is using the internet connection or not ?

Would like to seek more info about netstat and tracert as well . I read in wiki but just couldnt understand much. Maybe layman term would work better on me as a beginner lol ...

Like to know what is the common situation needa use these 2 command ..

Learning Unix n Solaris Environment

I would like to expose myself more into IT environment as system support/engineer. N im really lack of these knowledge of Unix ....

My understanding just tell me Unix is just an OS. Unix is one of Linux module, am i right ? What about Solaris, Sun, AIX and etc ?

Really blur about it ...

Where can i actualyl download free unix on my own pc n get familiarize with it ? to play around wit it n etc ....

hope to hear more from senior here as i done some wiki n google, but still cant understand much
