When your car is lowered

As the title mentioned, when my car goes on a road bumper, it will normally hit the middle part of my car with a 'thupp' sound. I don't know if anyone else gets hit at this area as my dad's and bf's car normally, their front bumper that gets hit when they go up a road bumper.

I WOULD normally drive slightly slanted when going over a bumper, but there are some bumpers that you just can't see (yellow paint faded, etc) so that's when it will normally hit the middle part of the car.

Err.. you know what I mean, right?

Car still won't start aft new battery installed

Hey guys, last week my car couldn't start and the alarm went off when I turn on the key so I changed to a new battery last night because I think it's due anyway. (Previous battery reading at 8.4 when couldn't start)

But even after I change to new battery, the car still won't start. I checked the battery with voltmeter, reading shows >12.0 so that should be fine. When I turn on the key, the alarm goes off for awhile. The dashboard lights are very dim as well. No cranking sound. And after a few try, smoke came from the battery's negative terminal!

What do you think has happened? I need it fixed by tomorrow noon but I'm stuck at work and tomorrow is a public holiday! Yeay. *laughs nervously*

KUALA LUMPUR: Doctors examining the 14-year-old orphan who claimed she was raped by her classmate last week were shocked to not only find that she was already one-month pregnant but also discovered a pencil inside her private parts.

The girl who lodged a report on Monday alleging she was raped by a classmate during recess at her school in Rawang last Tuesday had complained of pains whenever she urinated.

The girl claimed that she did not realise of the presence of the pencil, which was 4cm long, until it was removed by doctors in Selayang Hospital where she has been hospitalised.

Gas explosion at AEON Jusco Mall: 1 killed

MALACCA: A worker was killed and seven others injured in a gas explosion at the food court of the Aeon Jusco mall at Jalan Legenda in Bachang here at 1pm on Monday.

The incident happened as workers and tenants were rushing to make final preparations for the shopping mall’s grand opening on Dec 17.

The blast was said to have taken place at the food court section of the mall and tore a 2m hole in the wall, shattering glass and debris over a 25m radius.

Three workers are in critical condition with the rest suffering blast wounds.

All the wounded were rushed to the Malacca Hospital for treatment.

False Alarm at GSC Midvalley today..

Juz now I go watch The Princess & Frog at GSC Midvalley. While watching the movie, the fire alarm rang, so out of fear of terrorism, ok I mean, fire, most of us started to leave the hall. People from every other halls also started leaving the hall. Then no GSC staffs were there to explain. We saw someone who we think is the manager, but he also ignored the crowd. We asked a few staffs and even hollered at the manager, but he pretended to be on the phone (well, maybe he is). Then one staff came to tell us that the alarm just trip, so nothing to worry about.

Some of us when back in to continue the movie, but most people left dy because they didn't know what happened. I think I miss like 10% of the whole story. After the movie, we came out to see a large crowd making a lot of fuss. Well, obviously the management sux coz no one came to explain while it happened.

Then the person who we earlier assume as the manager came and said that we can get our refund. So, we all got our refund.

But I don't think they managed the incident well. If there were really a fire, I think people will die. Seriously.

Wilder had to wait for the fire department to come to his rescue, and he has now promised to go on a diet and to stop drinking beer.
