3rd party refinancing - bank options

Hi all..
Can anyone advise on 3rd party refinancing
Current owner father but due to ccris problem (od on the property)
Is there any option if bank can still accept refinace borrower under children name?
Reason being is to lesser the stamp duty charges (ex loan only 300k but value 700k)

Pls seek any advise..tqtq appreciate

hi all,

refer to topic i post above, izit possible to request for an extension of SNP agreement?
the current SNP sign stipulated 3 + 1 (with interest)
as my loan got delay by the bank (could not proceed with 3rd party agreement) - staff loan
was only notify by the bank 1months prior to the end of the first 3month.

as i notice, now already "musim" durian...
there are tones of durian selling cheap at rural johor as well as perak...
here at my location the price are not so cheap, cheapest i found is 3 biji for rm10 only...
whereas at perak i heard can get i bakul of durian consist of 10-12 biji at rm30...
so anyone know any location that sell cheap durian???

hi all,
would like to enquire regaridng a clinic or hospital either private or gov. that can provide a specialist service to baby check up.
its not like normal monthly check up, this is juz an additional check up to ensure that there is no internal injuries due to fall from bed, from stairs, when climbing to chairs or coffee table etc... most of parent must had experience when baby is deloping from 6-1half yaers they tended to be hyper active thus fall from here and there.
in my case, i notice one unfamilliar bump on my baby back head that make me and my wife very suspicous. thus we tend to go to gov hospital during our normal monthly check up but the result still unsatisfactory, coz the juz asking normal question like is the baby still active, any unusual habitts after the fall, vomit and etc...
so i wanted to go to a private clinic or hospital that can provide major check up in my baby development progress. juz worried if there is a internal injuries that we could not dectect from normal check.

the problem now, the previous owner already cancel his name with TNB so i need to register as new owner rite?
tried called TNB but the cust. service said that the address is invalid?

i issue a cheque to a person but forgot to sign, what amaze me is that the cheque was clear???
anyone have encounter this kind of situation?

transaction is between scb(cheque) to either bank islam or cimb.
how to resolved this problem?
i already called scb but the operator mention that from the system the cheque was cleared.
the person bankin the cheque yesterday and supposed the cheque is floating by today and cleared by tomorrow rite??
