Monitors

I'm in the process of changing my monitor but I have close to zero idea about it other than IPS>LED>LCD.

Question here is, which are currently the best monitor for gaming and overall usage (more to gaming)? I prefer it not too big, preferably 23" maximum probably 24". Let's assume I have a budget of RM1000. My taste on monitor are more on the quality of the colour, no ghosting, I don't see those blurry moving line (no idea wth is this), nice contrast and any other factors that will make gaming a bliss to the eyes.

If it does matter, I am currently using 1920x1080 resolution on GTX680 sli.

Do suggest anything with reasons aswell! Thank you!

Anyone knows on any place or online shop in the vicinity of Malaysia that sells this and has a ready stock/coming soon? Seems like there's a scarce stock on this fan all over. Need around 7 to 9 units of it.

I will be putting watercooling for my cpu soon and maybe for the gpu and the rams aswell. So here's the question cause even google seems very hard to get me the right answer so I hope the sifus here are better than google .

1) Will my current casing suffice to watercool? I saw that I can do a 240 radiator x 2. It looks really packed tho and putting that aside, will the 2 radiator suffice if I want to overclock my cpu to lets say a 4.5 GHZ minimum and maybe gpu aswell in the future.

2) Suggest good casing for this. 360 x 1 and 240 x 1 or just shoot. Budget will be the lesser the better but let's put it as not budgeted for now .

And 3) The more the merrier right? Suggest me good brands for watercooling. I heard EK is good, then there was problem with EK then I stumbled upon Swiftech then the list goes on. From reservoir, to radiator and everything if possible, liquid aswell.

GPU temperature

My pc is currently running a crossfire HD6970 and when playing Crysis 2, maximum settings, MSI Afterburner claims that my master card was running at a 84C temperature. Is that normal?

Specs:
i7 2600k
8GB
2 x 6970
Sabertooth Mobo
V6 GT

And has around 7 cooling fans.

Need help on this AMD specs.

And where do you get the prepaid cards? I heard of offgamers but is it a legit website to purchase the prepaids?
