Got into accident

2 days ago, 30/04/09 i got myself into a car accident while on my way to work at a pet shop at taman segah.

This is how it happened:

Was on my way to shop and really almost reach! Outside the road of Leisure Mall, it is a hilly road with junctions turning to the right. It was a buzy road in the morning, 10.30am... the left side was full with double parking car, so i was on my bike moving at the right side of the road.

As I'm goin straight, at each junction i will look at the car's signal light, since there's no signal, i continue moving straight but suddenly a Kembara make a FAST RIGHT TURN WITHOUT SIGNAL ON!!!! I kept honning until i bump towards the side of the car. Injured my left leg.. I ask the driver which was a lady; why she made such a sudden turn, she answer that she was in a hurry to seek for a parking lot. She apologize and so on.. brought me to HUKM for a check up n' X-ray. i got a bone fracture on my third metatarsus, the bone before toes.

I tell u, that LADY was so good in TALKING, looks very smart in attire... After that hit she ask bout my insurance stuff and medical card and told me to claim my own insurance, she argue with my insurance agent. My agent told me to claim towards tat lady because she caused what had happened. At 1st the lady apologize and promise to bare all d medical fees, thought she was really a responsible person. BUT who KNOWS!! after got back from HUKM, in the evening, she asked her collegue to deal with my elder sister, and refuse to pay for the next medical check up. AND SAID THAT IT"S NOT HER FAULT and was my fault because as a motorist being at the right side of the road. HEY, if the left die already can't fit in, I have to move on the right side!! Then said wanna report police and let the police to make the judge see whose fault!! I was so mad, my family member was so mad! I made a police report on that night, don't know whether she got show up n' make her report.

NEVER EVER JUDGE THE BOOK BY IT'S COVER!!!!
