Finally the show room is open.
Just went to this project show room.

Total around 136units with 39F !! ( Tallest in Jiu Lai area )

3 Direction :
KL View ( Klcc etc )
Cheras View ( facing Leisure mall )
Bandar tun razak View ( The famous pasar malam , coming soon LIDO )

For below 20 floor unit that facing KLCC direction , it will block the whole view by Pertama Residency (19 Floor Penhouse ) which mean ur view is PERTAMA RESIDENCY VIEW
so if you are really consider the so call view, make sure u take the 20F or above ! ( which is around 1.1mil++ )

The funiest thing is, i went into the office, the almost 90% was so called SOLD ! lol
only few units for KLCC DIRECTION is still avail. ( above 20F only 2 units left.....)
kind cheat lar, so call KLCC VIEW but tats impossible happen. ( unless 20F or above )

another funny thing is, they only sell untill 25 ~ 26 floor. the 27 till 39 ( which is penhouse ) is not for sell .
reason is, they duwan to sell.
( the funiest reason ive ever heard, just straight away tell me will sell after lower floor unit clear first lar...they think im like 20yrs old boy i guess )

only saw few unit with sticker, the rest is totally RED and consider INTERNAL SOLD OUT for previous customer.

Conclusion:
consider the built up size is bigger compare to most of the condors in Cheras area, average RM540psf .

but entry level is 890k++ without any discount ( they told me next month will raise 30k, so buy now is consider early bird )

i tot of buy a unit high level floor for onw stay, too bad they duwan sell it to me lol

almost 900k condors in jiulai area.....any taikor comments on this project?

Im planning to get a plasma TV for my new home, currently im using a Sharp 46" LCD so wanna try on Plasma TV.

Any suggestion for "Big" size plasma TV ? Prefer Samsung....what model should i get, and price around ?

whats the biggest in market so far ? izzit 64" ?

ive been quote a 59" Sammy PS59D550@RM7900 / PS64D8000@14500
im wonder if i got any other options....

wonder if any huge size LCD between tis price range.....

ive search in the forum but seems i cant hit any related with "Cheapest" Dolby TrueHD/ DTS HD compatible AVR....

any idea wats the low budget level of Dolby THD/DTS HD Avr ? ofcoz with HDMI input.

Is tat possible to get 1 (Used oso nvm) below RM1k ?

what kind of home theater system i need for PS3, prefer whole set in same brand eg.Sony, Pioneer etc ?

i wish i can use PS3 as blu-ray player so i dont have to buy a whole set of blu-ray HTS come with blu-ray player.

so what kind of setup i need for PS3 ?

is that i cant use DVD HTS for PS3 since the sound decoder got different with blu-ray ?

im just a noob but i hope can get some advices here ^^

im currently having a desktop with this spec (refer to picture)

if i need an upgrade for better gaming environment, any else i can do, except change my whole m/b, processor etc ?

p/s i just bought a game called Call Of Duty 4. which i need a better for this game ; ;
