Liquidating >RM1 million worth of cryptos

Hi everyone - wanted to get some information and experience from anyone that has managed to liquidate their crypto assets (worth > RM1 mil).

Currently what is the safest way to turn it to RM?

Is it through Luno or Binance?

I know that Luno has a withdrawal limit of RM300,000 a month and i havent used Binance before and since its not approved in Malaysia i am a bit hesitant to liquidate there.

Will AMLA get notified if huge amount of money comes in to your bank account and get it frozen?

Me and my friends just recently created a forum community which caters for the people of Sarawak. It is relatively new and i'm trying to gain feedbacks from users and guests on what we should -

I know that the forum is still empty but what are the strategies and the things that you guys did when you had a community forum and trying to reach out?

How to sell a car which is owned

Hi guys,

My family has a 16 year old isuzu trooper and I am currently looking to sell it. The problem is that it's not under my parent's name but it's under my mom's company name.

Do u guys have any ideas on how could I sell the car off? (Is it the same way as selling a car under private name - go to puspakom, and then to jpj?). I have the greencard with me and would like to sell it as soon as possible as the car's maintenance cost is too much for me to bear. (Since most of my monthly salary goes fixing the car).

Could I just go to a second hand car dealer and sell it off?

Hi guys, ive recently bought an axia and just got it this week. I havent started paying monthly for the car yet (before this i bought the car for transport purposes since im working at shah alam) and now i'll be moving back to Sarawak (next week) since i've got an improved offer from a company.

The problem is now I need to bring the car to Sarawak and I need the car grant for shipping purposes. Can I ask the bank for that although I've just received the car?

Buying a car at the peninsular and delivering

Hi everyone!

Sorry if this is in the wrong section;

I want to buy a car for my family and sisters back in Sarawak but unfortunately I wont be coming back soon due to work commitment and I'm wondering if any of you guys here have bought a car somewhere (for example bought a car from a sales agent in Kuala Lumpur and ask the car to be delivered to Penang).

The car that i want to buy for my family and sisters is a Perodua Myvi Premium X and im planning to buy the car this March or April.

Please share your experiences.

(I know that I could buy the car here and ship it straight away from Port Klang but I would like to know if anyone have bought this way before).

On a side note, can we replace a missing driver's license (mine was plastic driving license, I had two cards and one of the card which shows my license validity period was lost) and renew at Mini UTC at Damai?

Implement subsidies only to oil producing states

Since the announcement of the removal of fuel subsidy, plenty of people here in Malaysia goes to panic mode and hawkers be like-

"Hari ni minyak rm3, roti canai kosong rm1.50 lah,"

So i was thinking, who were the end users of these fuels which has been extracted from the well reservoirs? Ofcourse the countries which has the most cars, the most people, the most industries, etc.

Malaysia, produces sweet oil, which is expensive and we usually export them for sale. The crudes that we import are usually from Middle east, which is very cheap and all, but what i'm suggesting is to have fuel subsidies or reduced price of fuels to states that produce oil (example: Terengganu, Kelantan, Sabah and Sarawak).

I'm pretty sure that these four states don't use as much oil, gas or fuel compared to other countries due to low amount of cars and industries and being hit with a float fuel economy system will only hurt the people with small populations. (KL, small place big population, price hike tidak apa since purchasing power godlike)

But in other states like Sarawak/Sabah (big place, moderate population, price hike then the economy hurts a lot).

It's like the states who's producing the fuel are actually sharing to bear the cost of people who are using the most fuel (cars in KL are too much, pergi kerja kat KLCC naik kreta tapi sorang2 - but people in Kuching still in sampan, low income and all - ((relative reference)).

What do u guys think about it?

Renting a studio

Hiya guys, as I'll hopefully get a job somewhere in KL this year, I was hoping to get a rough idea on how much does a one bedroom studio usually cost for rent? My preferences are-

*near to any mrt, lrt or monorail lines (as i'll be using public transport)
*fully furnished
*affordable (around rm500-1000 range)

What website do u guys usually use for property hunting? since i'm based from Sarawak, I have near zero experience on property hunting in KL. This would be my first experience in renting a property in KL too, so I might need some guidelines on how does it work.

Yesterday I dreamt of my kakak angkat..

I met her when I was playing cs (when I was form 3) on my computer at home after school. Somewhere between 2-4 pm I received a call from a number which I do not know, and I assumed as a stranger. When I picked up the call, I heard a sweet, lovely lady's voice asking about someone and from there, I became her "adik angkat".

Some facts about her-

2 years older than me.
Miss bintulu (she's a chinese, and is good in talking malay- godlike accent)
I call her shasha.
I lost contact from her for 7 years.
Her dad recently passed away (when I was in f.3) and her mom married a malay guy and both of them converted to muslim (except for her brother if i could remember)
She got 5A's in her SPM

She was the first girl whom I kinda fell in love with. She's beautiful, stunning and has a sense of warmth about her. We contacted for a lot of months and i remember her promise that she'll come to Kuching and bring me to eat after PMR. (She comes to Kuching occasionally). Well sadly just 2 months before PMR, I got robbed and my phone was stolen- and that was when I started not to contact her anymore. (because i can't afford to buy a new phone and i got no internet)

Just imagine, I call her everyday like 15-30 mins and FYI, she occasionally wakes me up for subuh prayer.

And today, I dreamt of that moment..that moment after PMR..I finally met her and it was one of the sweetest dream I ever had..

Shasha, if you're reading this, I miss you.

Hiya, as a blog owner myself, i do get some occasional emails from readers asking a few questions regarding my blog posts and what nots. How often do you guys get them? I love to engage myself with my readers though, it gives you a feeling that your writing is appreciated and has engaged curiosity.

I usually get atleast an email a month. If you do get emails, what do they usually ask from you?

I love reading david thorne's fan mail and his replies. Some of them are really epic.
