There was no lightning nor rain last night.

1) Is this overvoltage from TNB?
2) or power surge somewhere ?
3) Should I get an APC AVR unit instead?
4) or combo with Belkin ?

Wall 2.5m height

I found a super good contractor and I like his work so far. Not cincai and very neat/tidy.

RM3500-3800 a good/fair price for all-in ?

- Some minor floor hacking required (Currently just carpet over concrete)
- Painting walls
- Plaster ceiling
- Screeding
- Tiles provided (not China ones according to my contractor)
- Re-do any necessary wiring and install downlights ( I buy this my own )

What is the SOP number of pax at JPN Putrajaya ?

1) On the day it self, how long is the wait for my turn ROM ?
2) For ROM, is it best to arrive around 9 AM ?
3) JPN PJ pax is still 6 people. Last I checked Putrajaya is 8 people due to Covid. Is this still the same ?

How to solve this leak / water stain issue ?

There are currently no droplets dripping onto the ground / floor.

May I know how to solve this leak / water stain ? Contractor said it is most likely caused by civet cat (fox/musang) pee, and I am not surprised because I have heard scratches on the ceiling.

1) Should I replace the plaster ceiling first then monitor for any water stains ? This was what he suggested

2) Would replacing the roof tiles be a suitable option ? Or it will not solve any potential water leak problem ?

3) I am just concerned replacing to plaster ceiling will still get water stains.

- Change ceiling to plaster with L edges excluding extra wire and downlight ( 9m x 4m )
- Paint my car porch ceiling ( 5m x 5m )
- Cover up the big hole in toilet with a cement board
- Cover up another small hole outside the gutter area ( 0.5 m x 0.5 m)
