hello all, please bear with me as i am planning to purchase my 1st home for my family. I've been scouring for 2nd hand property >300k and found some apartment units (mostly leasehold) and some sold by agents, and some directly by the owner themselves

i just read through few threads regarding the how's on purchasing a property but still have doubts especially when it comes to agents and lawyers. furthermore, I'm basically clueless what should i prepare and what to expect in this process

let's say I'm buying an apartment unit which cost 235k. so assuming conventional banks will only approve 90% of total value to me, how much + agents/lawyer fees I need to prepare? what are the relevant documents/know how's should i prepare before applying for the loan?

appreciated for any feedbacks and advices, as of now, I'm still researching on these process...

btw, I'm working in a construction industry, salary 3k after deduction around 2.6k, maybe some of you guys need this info
