Problem installing win7 64bit

Morning guys, i need ur help in reformatting windows 7 too. previously i was using win 7 32bit on my system and now i want to install a new fresh win 7 64 bit in to my system due to i've upgraded my ram to 4gb. eventually, there is problem which is the installation takes my 12 hours to complete but in the end it still cant load in to windows. during the installation it was very lag and slow and i've also change to 3 different cd but the same problem occur.
my pc spec:
intel core 2 duo E4400 2M cache 2Ghz
MSI P6N SLI NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI Chipset MB
MSI 250gts twin Froz 1024Mb DDR3 256 bit GC
1TB Sata HDD 64mb
4gb DDR2 Ram 667Mhz
LG DVD-RW 28x

Anyone able to help? thanks...

Guys i just got conned by this WONG CHING HING GUY using the number 0165782185. Please help me if u have additional info I must get him asap. I have also made a police report. IF you guys got reliable info such as his ic or the place he stays... please let me know cause my mom knows a High post police man who is willing to help.
