Strange problem with Streamyx

You can see that Media disconnected for both Local Area Connection* 6 and 7... But I can surf as usual but for RS a little bit slow, if one slot (for IDM) I only manage to get roughly 30kb-50kb.. but if I open 4 slots, the first slot dropped around 0-20kb but another 3 slots that I opened I can get 50kb-60kb each.. I just want to ask Lyners first if you have any experienced with this kind of problem. After that I will call 100... any ideas?
