Need help with finalizing rig

Hello,
I'm planning to get a new PC, one that will be used for 3D and designing work (Adobe Photoshop, Maya and Zbrush mostly) as well as gaming (latest games like BF4 etc on high settings). Unfortunately I'm no good when it comes to PC rigs so I need your help. Here's the specs suggested by CZone:

CPU: INTEL Core i7 4770 3.4GHz
Mem: Kingston D3 PC1600 8GB (x2)
Mainboard: ASUS H87-PLUS
SSD, HDD: Kingston Hyper x120G and Blue Desktop 1TB 32M
GFX Card: ASUS GTX770 2GB / LEADTEK GTX770 4GB
PSU: Cooler Master 750W GX2

I would like to know if there is a huge difference between gtx 770 and 780 as well as if the brands are any good (long lasting is good) Also should I go more with the PSU wattage? Do I need a cooler if I want to avoid overheating issues/ increase the lifespan of my pc? Does the chassis brand for my PC matter?
Would love to hear suggestions and alternatives. My budget is about RM4k to RM5k (maybe more if necessary). Thanks for your time!
