Asus ROG Rapture GT-AC5300

I have bought a Asus ROG Rapture GT-AC5300 last week. After spending some time to upgrade the device to the latest firmware and switching the IPTV port. Everything is done and i can see 2.4ghz 5.0ghz 5.0ghz wifi. both 5.0ghz wifi is working fine but the 2.4ghz i can search it but it show no internet connection. If i set the router to be smart wifi (means 3 bands also using same ssid and password), the router will lost connection with the modem and also the devices connected. Neither router.asus.com nor 192.168.50.1 can excess to the router. Really headache about this complicated router, anyone have idea how to fix this problem? Thanks
