Corsair HX1000 Shut off automatically

sorry for my noob english, i hope u can understand.

Fyi i use this rig since april/may this year
My rig recently shut off automatically while playing games,
I thought its overheat component,
i checked the temperature using real temp its ok, nothing wrong,
there is no beeps no weird sound,

Monday,2nd Nov,
Im disconnecting all the psu wire
I check the psu using power supply tester,
sometimes the lcd is light up, sometimes not.

I also checked it by short circuiting the green and black wire.
sometimes the psu fan is spinning and sometimes not.

Test it onto my other rig, i push the power button, nothing happen.

Tuesday,3rd Nov,
The psu fan is spinning,
Its weird, i can use it in the evening and night.
Playing games (GTA 4) 4pm till 9pm.
Test the stability using prime and occt it pass
i check the temp using real temp and riva tuner
Im sleepy waiting the bench.

Today,4th Nov,
The rig still running ,
3am - watching anime
5am - want to play games, but it shut off automatically again
I touch the psu body, its not hot, its like human body temperature,
I try to push the power button, nothing happened.
I unplug the psu from avr, unplug the avr from wall socket.
Plug it again, I wait 15 minutes before push the power button.
wtf its automatically power up its self

The question is,

Can i RMA without shop receipt?
i forgot if the seller give me receipt or not, my bad
Yesterday i pm the seller, no response till now..

Can I Rma this hdd??

Got this error 3 days ago, till now have error also, doing low level format also cannot, only quick format.
i give the technician the screenshot of windows warning, hd tune, wd diagnostic tools but he says
"what is this?" wtf

I go to the shop today but he says the hard disk is ok, he told me "u must use quick format"
He testing the drive by dragging an empty folder to the hdd

He told me to try it at home,the hdd its still ok

I already Fill the shop rma receipt but he cancel it

Wasting my time talking to him
