[HELP] Police Result

Hi everyone I need advice, I was involved in an accident and the other party was penalized, so I wanted to claim his insurance.

During the reporting of this incident, the police offer me to send to their recommended workshop as it will be faster, however I turned down their offer.

Then they said need 14 days to process my case and generate the result, Until today it is still not done yet and it has been more than 14 days already.

I feel like the police is purposely delaying my result because I did not hand over my car to their recommended workshop to fix.

Anyone here been through this before, can anyone tell me what can be done to speed up the process so can get this over with.

Dear all, please help me on this, I have a 6s on hand that was having issue with the network. It was unable to detect network despite restarting or switching on and off airplane mode.

Then, I proceeded to QCD at sunway pyramid to look at this issue. Their advice is to do a factory setting on the phone. But once I did, it was incomplete and now am stuck with this.

What they told me is motherboard issue, please advise. Thank you.
