or LEGAL LIMIT for FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DEBT to GDP Ratio by RM27Million!

As in accordance to last updated Gross Domestic Product ( GDP ) by
Malaysian Statistic Department as of 2011 which can be seen by on page
18 of the following report by clicking on the "LINK" at:

Our last updated GDP is at RM 881, 080 BILLION which puts the 55% LEGAL
LIMIT for Federal Government Debt at:

RM 484, 594 BILLION.

The CURRENT FEDERAL GOVERNMENT DEBT now stands at:

RM 484, 621 BILLION.

Our of this Total Amount, only RM 140, 467 BILLION is 'guaranteed' by
the Government or a roughly mere 29%

A sudden DOWNGRADE of Malaysian Government Sovereign Credit Rating by
International Rating Agencies such as:

- Standard & Poors
- Fitch Ratings
- Moody's Investors Service

...will result in an international fall in the value of the Ringgit
currency, which may happen soon!

Would like to know,
let say i take loan of 40k, total loan + interest is 50k, and buy a car.

4 years later i sell the car at 30k and i want to one time settle the loan using this 30k...supposed i still owe bank 20k? i still need to pay bk bank 20k or the total loan will be readjusted because the interest charged will be different already?
