1. Application Development Lifecycle
To lead the development team champion the product development lifecycle: To design, architect, development, enhancement and maintenance of application for all products under myTukar.
Advise on reliability, accessibility, security and scalability for technology solutions & application framework

2. Development Processes Control
Review & provide input/solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of development, QA and deployment processes.
Implementation of best practices in development methodologies to monitor, measure and performance improvement of product.
Provide check-and-balance between development, QA and Infrastructure pillars to ensure independent input of recommendation to unit head.

3. Internal Team Support Management
To lead and govern the execution of quality control measure such as unit test case and unit test script for automated software quality validation.
Manages development resources & priorities in align with team’s priority.

4. Others

Requirements:
