Help Needed in Building 1K PC

Hey Sifus and Masters,

I need help in building PC for casual gaming (average or semi low will do ) and my budget is around 1k excluding monitor, keyboard+mouse, and speaker as already have them. I have done some research and they said that there's not much differences between I3 2120 and G860 in term of graphic performance. What do you guys think? Any suggestion?

First of all sorry if this thread is a repost..
because i don't know the exact keyword for my problem...

My problem is:
At first i install devc++ the software works very well...
than after i know combining the compiler to command prompt...
i install mingw ...

After it i try to compile from devc++ than it doesn't works
the error written like this
[Linker error] undefined reference to `__cpu_features_init'

any1 know how to solve this problem....???
