Returning defect set to apple online

Since everyone is returning their iphone5 to apple online.... Everyone asking how and what to do... Hence i list out step to claim replacement set... (only applicable to those who order from apple online store)

Step 1:
Once receive your set from DHL courier, sign it and take time to slowly check whether there is any defect or not example scruff or sand sound when shake.... As you have 14days from the invoice date....

Step 2:
If your set is perfectly... Congratulations...
If your set having defect as the above hence give a call to apple customer service at 1800-80-6419... Their working hours is 9am-7pm monday- friday

Step3:
Prepare your order number at your side... Give a call press 2 then press 1... Once get to customer service, tell them that you have the defect set and wanted to make request for exchange... Write down the return number... Also make arrange date with them for the pick up.. Apple will not send u any email for the returning set...

Step 4:
Then write the return number on the iphone5 box..( many ppl asking about the brown box; if you throw away then tell the customer service that you throw away) they will ask u put into a bag or something like that.... (I just pass the iPhone box to DHL guy)..

Step5:
Wait DHL guy come and pick... If thy missed the time please call apple again...

Step6:
Once DHL come pick up, they will give a tracking number for the set... So there no worry of they receipt or anything...

Step7:
Once apple receive the set, they need one day for processing and they will send a new set the next day... With the new invoice and tracking number....

*anyone may worry that the replacement set will have some chance encounter defect again... The replacement set have 14days from the replacement set invoice.. So there need not worry about warranty claim for the replacement set*

I could like to ask, let's say Person A he work for Company B but his family do own a Company C. He getting a fixed salary plus other benefit from Company B. Can he be entitle to get salary or wages or director fee from Company C? Company B and Company C are different company and have no link. Need all sifu advise

I could like to ask all sifu here..I searched and found that Iphone 5 Siri only work on selected country and not supported Malaysia and Singapore but does support Australia. If I purchase the Australia set, will it able work like normal Iphone and manage search the Malaysia map also? Also the warranty is international or I need go back to Australia and claim the warranty?

ask regarding labour law

Hi, I wanted to ask regarding something...

I have a worker is already a confirm staff and she simply like to work then work; if not say sick but never show MC (this is 1st problem)..

2nd problem is her working hours is 9am to 5pm; she came work at 8.15am then she end work at 4.15pm...

3rd problem is she feel unhappy if customer scolded her then she don't punch the card and write the time that she start work and end work. Even we have punch card machine.

I know we can control her but we all is somehow working outside so employ her to receive call and payment from customer as we are outstation and have another job duty.

1. Can we fired her without notice?
2. Is there any labour law that we can fired her under these 3 problems that she does?
3. Is there a method to calculate to wages since she got few days not coming to work?
4. Can we don't give her MC if she already used her annual leave, and taken too many MC in a year already?

P/s: this gal family many problem and enjoy send email stating that they know law and will sued our company (our company no lawyer b'cos very small company somemore this is 1st time encounter such a problem).
