Unifi DIR-615 router burned

As per title, the Unifi router given by TM has burned and cannot work anymore. I have called Unifi centre for a replacement since 3rd July 2010 but so far no response from them. Ask when are they coming to replace, they are unsure as no one pick up the job. As we all know that TM does not do a good job on servicing the customer, slow response and such. Therefore I am seeking help from sifus here. Is there anyway to replace it with a new router? I have asked around the people at IT mall but they say we cannot replace it as the Unifi router is specially designed for Unifi purpose. I am internet down for a week plus! Please help and thanks.

Can Agent / Salesperson / Distributor for a Company use the company name to conduct business online?

e.g. Amway - Can an agent use www.e-amway.com to conduct online business?

Or say ING Insurance, can the insurance agent use www.e-ing.com to conduct online business?

But say the server of the host is located in India, not in Malaysia.

Please help!!
