Myvi R gear problem

Hey guys, anyone of you ever encounter gearbox problem for the myvi 1.3 Auto? My gear is giving me problems for reversing this past month. It seems like the gearbox will delay a few second to engage the R gear.

Btw, i'm using p2 ATF D3.

SC check n say need overhaul or change to recon gearbox wor..n the price is like sky high...

So was thinking is it really that serious n need to overhaul?
