'GG Cats' is an app for cats, consisting of 30 mini games, 30 short video clips and 30 music for cats. 8 games, 8 videos and 8 music are free for you to try out. The mini games are mostly clicking games where you cats will have to chase objects such as fishes, rats, strings, laser and others. Cats love videos and music, so let them try watching these lovely animations and calming music.

This is my first mobile app created and I do not have background in programming. Creating this app has been a challenge but due to my love for cats, I have finally completed it. Please do remember to install screen protection to prevent scratches on your devices.

1. Looking for 10" Android Tablets. Not much idea on Tablets. Saw a few selling Samsung Tablet for like RM300 on Lazada and Shopee . Are they original and legit Samsung tablet? Reliable?

Appendicitis cost at Government/Private Hospital

Im having a bit of right side stomach pain and have been having diarrhea and upper stomach pain for a past few days. Was just wondering how much it will cost for appendicitis surgery at government hospital like University Malaysia Hospital, Hospital KL, Selayang hospital and private hospitals. I am unable to find the cost for government hospitals. The private hospitals charges more than RM 10K? I don't have medical insurance card. Thanks.

Real Estate Negotiator Questions

Hi guys,

I am very interested in the real estate field and currently looking to be a real estate negotiator. I do not have any experience currently. I have some questions related to the industry and kindly wishes that those with experience can help me out.

1. From my knowledge, is it true that the income is purely commission based and no basic salary is being offered for all the companies eg Megaharta, GS, Reapfield, Chester etc?

2. Is the job purely involved in sales and rental of individual properties eg completed houses or does it cover new launches from property developers. It seems that real estate negotiators now do cover these new properties.

3. I wish to understand more in the daily operation for a full time position. Will I be staying in the office during office hours while going out to assist interested buyers in between?

4. Is there difference in being the sales agent for property developers (eg Mah Sing) compared to real estate negotiators?
