as per title any sifu can explain the red square means here?

i din get BPR due to reason i get GKP. also no more in b40 category.

Why Digi Not Protecting Their Users

as per title, i will make it short as possible.

me using > digi live "prepaid", find out a shopee seller 'claim some bypass things'.

so i bought out of curiosity.

i bought coz my little daughter always finish my data with just > "youtube kids". (i have to buy Internet Cili Padi RM28 with unlimited "youtube", can watch ultimited youtube kids too).

the problem with Internet Cili Padi RM28 is, my net always below 3Mbps, effecting facebook twitter etc.

ok come back to our bypass story, the seller pass me some ovpn file claimed to bypass speed and quota.

as far my test goes on,

My little 500MB BASIC data can last till download 10GB youtube video(multiple).
i've no idea how digi calculated in and out of their data.

after i run out basic data and youtube freedom, i msg seller, he gave me another file.

and this file can run without data subscription. and i can access internet. the speed also satisfying.

so for prepaid user subscribed user have day/time/quata/app limit. ( some restriction one way another).

and these guys using the 'byp@ss' thing can access internet freely.

expenses: top RM 30 for validy
bought at shopee : RM 10
still Rm 30 credit remain.

so for jsut RM 10 ?????

p/s Im not pormoting illegal and wrong stuff here, as my concern is why shopee is allowing this kind of seller.

and why digi allowing this all. its effecting other subscribers too.

I hope digi fix their error/bug/glitch and protect their other fair users too.

i can say as much i love piap and hate same time(becoz of after effect). btw im married.

im exercise eat healty food, no drink or smoke.

im getting realy sick of this after effect, brain fog, cant think properly, less proactive, sneezing for everything(suddenly alergy to almost many things around).
somettime will fall sick.
after 4 or 5 day thing will get back normal.

ok make it simple and short. I got call from my sister in law, that her money in the maybank account missing.
she only use it for as salary account.
amount this morning RM300
now Rm 800

Total Lost RM1100

So i told her call bank enquiry about the matter. but you guys know how lousy these guys on phone.
so she went bank and ask them about matter.

here the answer from bank staff.

they said paypal deduct from bank account. (btw she dont have paypal, and dunno about what is paypal!)
she called me ask me about this paypal things. i have use paypal before.
so i explain everything to her. she said bank just give her ref number.

the bank staff also said paypal might refund in 2 months time.
here i lost. how come the money went to paypal at first place?

bank staff just change atm card to new and said to my sister "INI SEMUA BIASA BERLAKU"????

i think this matter need to lodge police report. but i dont know how to proceed from here.

please guide me as im guiding my sister on this matter. im in work so type so rush.

Hello Sifu2's here,

im looking for shopee buyers and seeking advice to my current problem.

cut it short, i bought 3 item on same shop from shopee, despite late response and shipping from seller (china seller),

i understand since on this lockdown period.

my problem here, i just got my parcel delivered.

I bought 3 items, but seller only send one of them (only one item inside, suppose to be 3), and the package inside all tear opened.

im not sure how to handle this situation, i just dont have enough experience regarding this kind of situation.

please advice me, guide me. what i need to do now? i try chat and demand explain from seller side, but no response at all.

Advice need from experience car buyer / agents

I will make it short and simple, i have deal with one of produa agent from port klang showroom.
As before start i make condition to him as "my payment should start on somewhere jun"
and i ask him to just registered car AFTER I SAY OK.

Put it more simple
The Dealer Agent ask me to sign with bank earlier april 10.
I call him on that day ask him to hold the car register proces.(I even put this as ealier condition to him, when we meat first time"
i want my car to be register on may 10 and my payment will following month june.

Ok now the problem is i got message from maybank that my next payment is 19 may

as i call the agent , he said wanna check with mbb bla bla. (nth make sense from him anyway)

i go straight to showroom yesterday meet him and talk to him.

what he saying is his admin proces my documents all without his knowledge.
i demand him put priority on my request, as i keep informing each time we spoken in phone before.

today i call bank and enquiry about the matter, the bank told me that the dealer has submit all document/invoice and ask them to proceed!

Ok ealier(before he registred my car) i said to my agent will pay my down payment RM2700 on end of this month.

Nowmy loan has started, i have no car in my hand plus the car already registered, when i ask about this matter to him.. he acting like me is very bodoh2?

He registered my car withouth my knowledge, doesnt follow time manner as promised to me , and i have not pay DOWN PAYMENT YET TOO.

As my matter abit confuisng at first , my native is not english. i will stay active here. pls sifu-sifu all here pls give solution to my problem.

i keep it short and sharp as possible.

i submitted my form and have to wait 1 1/2 month. (Register for Marriage- amonth to go)

and than now our both family having problem.

now my question is lets say if i cancel the register, what are the consequences i will be facing?

is posibble me to reapply the register with same girl in future?
