Accidently drill ceiling pipe

Hi guys just want to seek some advice

Today my house contractor accidently drill into the main pipe in the ceiling while installing plaster ceiling. Just want to ask below question:-
(This is a new condominium unit)
1) will the management forfeit my renovation deposit?
2) will the management allow my contractor to fix the damage or they will appoint their own contractor to fix it?
3) how bad will this effect my unit in the future?

Appreciate any advice from anyone and also people with similiar experience. Thank you in advance.

hi just want to ask im using maxis 3g 3gb data plan and i cant use the internet on
my samsung galaxy s but can call in and out. My location is at kl Jalan Sultan Ismail.

I am planning to buy a house and need some opinion from sifu over here

House asking price - RM200k
Salary(combine with GF)-Rm 6k(b4 deduction) RM 5k(after deduction)
Downpayment and cost-rm10k(saving) personal loan20k(considering since can get 5.5% per anum)
Commitment - RM550(car),3 card(4k(no outstanding),4k(outstanding 4k)6.5k(no outstanding),RM425(Personal loan the above 20k loan)

House is for ownstay.Just want to ask am i eligible for 90% loan and is there any possibilty for me to get a pre approve loan before paying the booking fee / deposit.

need some help and suggestion, below is my current spec:

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3000+
Motherboard : Biostar Geforce 6100
Ram : 512 mb ddr2 kingston
GPU :onboard Geforce 6100
HDD : 80gb
PSU : 400w cap ayam

i am wondering if you guys can give me suggestion what to upgrade. Hopping to make it into gaming rig which game play game such as Red alert 3 and upcoming Starcraft 2.Budget around 1k-1.5k.Thanks
