Streamyx Problem

i am streamyx user for 10 years now. first i use 512KB then 1MB, now from mac 2014 2MB. i have few problem before but always fix by TM, but from jan 2014 i have worst speed. my usual speed before is 900-905kbps for download and 350+ for upload. but from jan my speed drop under 500kbps(download) and not stable, even drop from 500.

my problem start in mid of jan 2014. my line when dead(no dial tone) so i call, 100 they send tech, he said they are few home connected at same pole have the same problem and they fix it 3days later. after that my speed is not stable, when my speed is 900 it will drop few minute later. i did call them later they send another tech, he said my internal wire is faulty, i need to change them, but after that my connection stable around 700-850 so i just delay the fix, around mac TM sales person call me offer me to upgrade to 2MB for RM120 or 4 MB for RM130 i just chose 2MB, few week my connection still same as 1MB i call them few time until 2 week later my speed when 1500kb+ but not stable. at end of the april my line when dead again i cal them again, now they say someone stole wire(some things)in my area, they fix it 2days later. now my speed is under 640kb and have another problem, my modem ethernet light blink fast after i exit jdownloader and other program using internet is off, usualy it stop blinking after exit the program, now i need to disconnect to stop the blinking. i realy dont want to call them back.

any help?

I am using tm streamyx 1mb bbd for nearly 10years now it was working fine until mid Jan 2014 when I have no dial tone, so call 100 and had them fix it, now I have dial tone and phone working fine but my internet connection is having problems, my internet download speed drop to 650+kbps but upload speed is nearly same as 350+kbps.and it back to normal speed sometime but back to problem again.

before mid Jan 2014 my download speed always is nearly 900+kbps(110KBps) upload speed 400+(50KBps)

I call tm again they come check at my house, now they say my internal(inside the wall)wiring is faulty and I need to replace them.

if I m replacing it, how much it will cost me?

hi all, i am live in Taman jasmin Kajang, and i use streamyx 512Kb for more than 4 years

i have try to upgrade to 1Mb 2time, 1 for regular and 1 for combo, but they tell me my hause is far ,

i just want to know any one live in nearby area and using 1 mb pls tell me, so i can know is that true or false.

streamyx speed normal but torrent speed low >10KB

hi my speed is normal, i run speed test, but i cant use tm speedometer.

but my torrent speed is low

i use bitcomet 1.02

my ip is 60.40..., 60.53..., 60.51..., 124.82... , 124.11/13....

i use D-Link 520T modem

i relly didt know what was going on,
