            <description>&lt;u&gt;Broadband provider&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ISP/package: &lt;br /&gt;Location: &lt;br /&gt;Have you called your ISP&amp;#39;s helpline?: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Personal equipment&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modem: Riger DB108-WL&lt;br /&gt;Router: Riger DB108-WL&lt;br /&gt;Firewall used: &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;u&gt;Problem details&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First occurence of problem: lately&lt;br /&gt;Problem frequency: &lt;br /&gt;Problem description: &lt;br /&gt;I was unable to use DDNS as my riger modem shows weird WAN IP.&lt;br /&gt;please refer to the attached pictures,&lt;br /&gt;riger modem and dyndns shows my IP is 10.66.120.67,&lt;br /&gt;but a check with yougetsignal.com shows my IP is 124.13.188.88&lt;br /&gt;bcoz of this, I was unable to access my PC remotely through ddns address. please help.</description>
