I&#39;m still at the phase of planning and finalizing its design, while waiting for paper works to settle. As this is my newly purchased property for own stay, having plans to transform into my dream house (with limited budget).<br /><br /><b>Things to do now:</b><br />1. Get my drawing done with sketchup...<br />2. Get more contacts with contractors for quotation. <br />3. Try to sort out those accessories from exhibitions and showrooms, but I have bought autogate system, front and back safe doors.<br /><br /><b>Plans for my new home:</b><br />1. Rebuilt car porch (18x20 feet).<br />2. Extending rear portion (roughly 8.5x20 feet), with relocating existing toilet.<br />3. Create bathroom in master room.<br />4. Remodel rooms&#39;s structures by few walls hacking, from 4 rooms to 3+1 rooms).<br />5. Rewiring, and re-piping whole house. Relocate tank to extended rear roof, and create new tank at front bathroom.<br />6. Plaster ceiling.<br />7. Kitchen cabinet.<br /><br />Designs, by yours truly (but I ain&#39;t professional...).<br />It is not easy to do it, but the ultimate satisfaction if things done systematically.
