I save quite a lot of (almost 80%) my salary every mth. 10% given to my parents (coz stil saying wif them) and the remaining 10% serves as my own expenditure.

My short-term goal is, to help my fiance to buy a 500k secondhand landed property end of next yr (by paying 50-70k as downpayment), maybe another 30k top up for refurnishing and another 30k for emergencies.

Long-term goal? of coz is to build a happy family with 1 or 2 child, and a relax retirement life with my beloved

Will definitely buy child edu fund n retirement fund in the coming 5yrs time. But how much shld it b? Do I need to top up my own insurance? Wat else shld I do with the remaining saving?

Too many questions, I guess I really need a qualify financial planner to gv me his/her professional guides...

Hi girls, I'm looking for a reliable mid range moisturizer. Some of my frens recommended me to take Origins but some said Biotherm is better. What I actually want is a moisturizer to boost my skin hydration, and not too greasy... Really in dilemma now, what u girls think? BTW, I'm 28 this year, combinations skin, a little bit of dehydration and fine lines around eyes area.

Hi everyone, recently I just found out my under eyes area starting to grow many fine lines... I used to have when I was 25+ but now they became worser other than fine lines, that area oso got a little of "chicken skin"... Oh gosh! What shld I do? Or which eye gel/cream shld I go for?

I have a 1.5yr old mildly used GUESS bag for sale as I'm clearing up my closet, saving up rooms for more new bags to check in (btw, I'm a total bag maniac ) I bought it at RM399 on ard October 2006, rarely used and now I would like to give it up for more than 70% discount.
