First and foremost I have created this topic as a method of awareness rather than requiring a feedback from the seller (anthabax). Thus I would like to apologise if this is not a correct place to do it

The seller (anthabax) has struck a deal with me to sell the aforementioned item (Gigabyte 8600GT 256mb 128bit DDR3) for RM150 and we would deal through COD. We have agreed to meet around 12-2pm on Monday (26th November 2008) and the seller has indicated that he will message me about the exact time in the morning.

Basically I have not heard from him at all and I even sms-ed him at 12pm on the aforementioned day without reply from him.

I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and wait till he gets back to me

Now we can see from the thread that he has already sold it to another person without informing me anything.

This is simply unacceptable and I would request that the moderators to take any necessary action against this irresponsible seller by banning him from dealing in this forum.

The following are the messages exchanged between him and I which shows that a deal has already been struck and he has decided not to honour it by selling to another person with the obvious reason of being able to make an extra profit from it. The buyer is from Terengganu so obviously any argument of the buyer being at a nearer location is not valid
